Half the selection was unavailable, and they put barely any cream cheese on my bagel.

Avoid this Tim Hortons, took 25 mins to get my food. Many many flies landing on all the pastry’s and poor customer service.

Really disappointing experience. We ordered five breakfast meals through the drive-thru, and it was simple stuff too. Here’s what we ordered vs what we got.
- A breakfast sandwich with sausage: we got the sandwich with no egg, just sausage.
- Another breakfast sandwich with bacon, this one was fine.
- A simply sausage with a hashbrown: we didn’t get the hashbrown.
- A breakfast box: we did not get this at all.
- A farmers wrap with a hashbrown : this was fine too.
On top of that it took 15 minutes just to get our food after we got our coffee at the window, which is extremely long for a drive-thru. When we left the line was almost at the street.
The service felt rushed and not very welcoming. Just to clarify, we’re from New Brunswick and French is our first language, so this wasn’t a case of miscommunication due to English. We placed our order entirely in French.
With this many errors on one order, it didn’t feel like an honest mistake. Definitely not the Tim’s experience we’re used to.

The service was friendly enough. No smile or greeting but they did speak to me in English. The food was typical for Tim Hortons food. The service was really slow. The only employee providing service at the counter was hopping the entire time while a trainee was literally shadowing her every move. this restaurant needs more staff. The restaurant was clean. Location sucks for those travelling with trailers.
Bathroom disgusting! Service slow
We saw the woman who cleaned it and washed the tables with the same rag, it's nice

When will there be vegan options? Even a&w, Subway, McDonald's have them... It's a bit of a shame.

An employee who is not able to ask his teammates how to do the “job”. Also there were 2 hairs in my timbits. And my drink wasn't even the one requested, but after making it again once I gave up...

Service is way too slow. There's needs to be more effort to speed things up.
Edit: what's the point of contacting guest services. The form is too convoluted and I won't get any real satisfaction out of that. Just do better Tim Hortons.
