I ordered through Skip the dishes (yeah…my mistake) and they completely messed up with the driver showing up too early then leaving and never coming back to get my food. Customer service insisted the driver was still waiting for the order (even though I could see this guy on on the 40 heading east at this point 😒) I called the restaurant and they told me the food had been ready for 20 minutes at this point. Wow, what a horrible meal. The customer service was awful upon ordering, and things got worse from there. I had a few special requests (not putting the pork on top of the potatoes as one person does not eat pork), and the restaurant messed up our order. I checked it in the parking lot and came back to have it fixed and the woman at the cash was rude. When we got the pitas home, they were disgusting. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time. It was the most HORRIBLE meal I have ever had. I ordered two gyro chicken salads and I was so looking forward to a fabulous meal. Pre Covid I used to go to the Ile Perrot restaurant once a week. The food was delicious.
At the Pierrefonds branch I was charged $21 plus tax EACH for 2 plates of lettuce, lettuce and more lettuce. In separate containers were some little bits, and I do mean little bits, of so- called chicken....read full review
