I'm also a restaurant owner and it feels bad to put a 1 star. I thought twice before doing that but the service is really ruuuuuuuuude. I'm paying for my meals guys, don't talk rudely or act like that. Sorry nice 2015, every time I step in Rockland I pass by Bacaro, but this time is gonna be the last. For the owners, please recruit the right people for your business.

I asked if they had iced cappuccino and he said no and continued rudely with "iced cappuccino doesn't exist" . I also asked if I can get 3 flavors of ice cream and he said that's not possible "its not ice cream ITS SORBET and there's only one cup for one flavor". Rude behavior and unacceptable treatment of customers. Cappuccino is decent and he also started the order with the sorbet and then another employee made the coffees while the sorbet melted.

I wasn’t going to post anything but his bitterness towards me was on called for. I asked politely to cook the pasta some more and he started being rude and disrespectful. Even after he re-cooked it, I ate half and threw the rest. I had a good experience 2 years ago but I won’t be back here no more.
