Bacaro Pizzeria - Lucerne

I used to really enjoy this place, but something has changed lately. The last few times I ordered, the dough had a strange plastic-like taste, almost as if it had been stored in plastic for too long or frozen improperly. It’s disappointing because their pizza used to be one of my favourites. I hope they take a look at whatever changed in their process, because I’d love to enjoy their food again.

$50+ for this?!? A small pizza at best - average ingredients. A boxed salad with what I only assume is some store bought dressing. Passing itself as some great authentic pizzeria!!! Go for one of the chains - this place was terrible value.
I was Staying at a hotel and no way to order / communicate needing cutlery?!? Salad with no cutlery?

Every time I go there I'm greeted with smiles and good vibes. Its family run and they really make you welcomed and appreciated. The owner and his with are good people. Great food, nice ambiance, cool decor👌

Food was inedible and food was cold
orders were mixed up with breakfast. Oil used to cook the hashbrowns was old, eggs overcooked, one order of a chicken breast was forgotten and there was no offering of discount. No maple syrup for the waffles and you're in Quebec! Not worth the price. The coffee was sub par aswell. The cooks looked like they were lost with the menu.

Poor quality and very expensive.

They charge premium price for what seems like costco frozen fried shrimps!!!

Nice place... not sure if the a/c wasn't working or if they don't have. A little stuffy with the giant fans going and the doors open.

Come if your kids are on a diet. Kids portions are extremely small for the price.

I just did my 13th birthday at Bacaro and it was amazing. Excellent food, excellent service, very friendly staff! We even got the chance to sing and dance. My family and I are definitely going back there..
