This was honestly one of the worst burritos Iāve ever had. Iāve been coming here for about three months and usually enjoyed it, even if itās a bit pricey. But today the service was terrible ā the guy serving me seemed clueless, and when I asked for jalapeƱos, he stuffed my burrito with what must have been 20+ of them. Eating it was pure torture, not enjoyable at all. Really disappointing experience after being a regular customer.

I went into the store to order a quesadilla with my mother, and tried speaking to the employee in both French and English. She acted completely clueless and unresponsive, as if she was deliberately ignoring me. It felt like she was just playing dumb instead of trying to help. So I just walked out. Very frustrating and unacceptable customer service. Lost 2 customers. If you don't want to serve anyone then quit your job and find smt else..
Was looking forward to trying this place out . Went a few months ago and the entire display/condiments was empty. Employee said they didn't receive their order. Then why were they open?? I am now sitting here and reading all the reviews and think it is best to skip the experience

The food was very filling for what it is worth. The service was great too! The cashier, Saloni, was very kind and was very patient with me cause I didn't know what to order haha
10/10 would come again if I was less broke lol

I came in and and placed a regular burrito order , looked at the menu and then I asked for extreme friesā¦ the male employee with glasses replies āno friesā I said thereās no more fries? He says ā yea no fries āā¦ continuing with my order ā¦ I then look at the counter nothing was in thereā¦ after placing the rice and beans ā¦ he just walks to the back and starts scooping meat from a pan. Comes back with his back to me and tapping on what look like to be a phone..on the counter against the wall.. then 2-3 mins later turns around put his glove back on and asked what would I like on it. There nothing to choose from ā¦ besides the 4 containers on the back counter ā¦ onions and tomatoes and 2 others I couldnāt recognize ā¦ meanwhile through out this beautiful interactionā¦ he has time to ask someone clearly on break if they can do an order ā¦ another lady already working on something and he askedher if she can work on some order but from what I saw. Nobody like this guy.
Itās 7pm nothing prepared Nothing in the front counters 1 employee working 1 on break 1 guy that clearly doesnāt do much but has time to text and tell ppl to do things.

It's a fast food style mexican place with dripping wet pre made fillings. Definitely not the place to find great quality food, but for such a place it was acceptable if you just need a bite in a rush.
