I asked for ramen ? noodles soup . She asked if I wanted chicken. I said "no." Then I asked if she had beef. Then she said" I have chicken". I said" no. "Then I asked if she had shrimp. She said "yes I do". Okay I said "I will have the shrimp. "Then she hands me chicken in my soup. I told her "is that chicken? it's shrimp I want. " She said "why ? You don't like chicken". I told her" I prefer shrimp". She didn't change the soup . Gave it me with the chicken. Being her error she should have changed my soup. I get the impression she wanted to get rid of her chicken. Never again I will ever go back there, at least when she is working ???

My friend and I both ordered sushi from here, and the very next day, we felt awful. We experienced nausea, severe stomach pains, and frequent trips to the bathroom. I had a sushi roll with just avocado, but the avocado tasted off. Despite my initial hesitation, I assumed it would be safe since the establishment was open and operating in a mall. Whilst my friend got a salmon roll. This experience was horrendous! I ended up spending the entire day in the bathroom.

We ordered a ramen porc chasu and chicken karage. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food.
They have used instant noodles for the ramen which was tasteless and was absolutely not what the posters were showing. The posters of the ramen seem to be well garnished compared to what we have got. The chicken karage were literally chicken bites that we get at the supermarket and they have air-fried it. It’s not a really chicken karage. We also bought californien sushis which were 6/10.
We were very disappointed with the food and we had to order food from another restaurant. We wasted our money eating here.

The worst sushi I have ever tried, it came with tons of rice and bad prepared. Totally please avoid this restaurant horrible the saddest part is I tried in another point of sales and was good. The only I could taste was bad prepared rice with sauce. ?

Horrible ? I'm a fan of salmon poke and this is the worst I've eaten so far. Stale food, sauce with questionable taste... not to mention the stupid attitude of the employees. I should have read the reviews first! Absolutely avoid.

Absolutely avoid!!! I would have done better to read the reviews before ordering ?. Shrimp tempura taken out of the freezer and reheated, I should have said no at that moment because it was the 1st red flag. I asked for a bowl of white rice. Rather than telling me there wasn't any, they tried to charge me for a $5.50 salad to give me a plate of rice, plain rice at $5.50 ?: 2nd red flag!!! The cashier pretended not to understand what I was talking about. Another item on my order was miso soup. Tasting part: unsurprisingly, the tempura shrimp, texture and terrible taste to remain polite. The miso soup tasted so horrible that after 3-4 spoonfuls I gave up. No algae, disintegrating mushrooms and again a weird texture. In short, food 0, service 0, quality 0, value for money 0. Move on, I won't be bothered again.
