The café was unclean and overcrowded, with only one barista working who looked completely overworked and didn’t even try to smile. I ordered my coffee to go, but it was handed to me in a dirty cup. There were no sleeves available, and the cup was so hot. On top of that, the way the coffee was poured looked careless—like pouring water.
I didn’t tip, and frankly, I don’t think I had to. Train baristas to provide good service even if we do not tip cause we do NOT have to

I go to this cafe at least one day a week. I think the quality of coffees are vey good and the staff are nice and politie but the items are for sure overpriced.
My main critic is that the place is small and hot and most of the time is crowded, you see people in line. One barista in rush hours does not make sense. The owner should put two people at least in weekends or rush hours!

Cute spot, but disappointed. $20 for two small drinks… matcha was flavorless and the affogato was watery/sour. Service was also off. Wanted to love it but can’t recommend.

Love the coffee there. And it became so popular that there’s always a line-up and unfortunately service is super slow due to only 1 employee working. I suggest staffing up to keep up with the demand :)
Also, it’s too bad that the food is no good.

Zoe, the cute redhead barista was amazing!! She handled the crowd so well, working alone in a tiny cafe where the line goes outside can be really stressful! She gave the warmest smile to every customer and the Matcha was the best I’ve EVER had (I’m a connoisseur)! The owners should be blessed to have found such a gem🩷

They didn’t put too much ice… they put the whole North Pole in my cup.” 🧊❄️ For 10$ too much ice.

Cappuccino has literally no foam. Like not even a little bit.

We came here on Labor Day and, despite the lineup, our drinks were actually good. We expected some inconsistency given how busy it was and the fact that there were only two staff members. Nevertheless, it was great, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

We ordered the Matcha Parka and the Cold Brew. The Matcha Parka was a matcha latte with blackberry syrup. It was a sweet drink, but the blackberry syrup did not overpower the matcha, and you could still taste its deep notes. We were pleasantly surprised that the combination worked well and that the ratio of ingredients was balanced. The Cold Brew was also good.

Seating is limited (a counter by the window and two tables outside), so it is more suitable for takeout. There was a park nearby, so we went there to enjoy our drinks. The matcha drinks were on the pricier side, but overall, our experience was great.

On the pricier side, but the matcha with oat milk was 11/10. The matcha cookie was also very good.
