District Bagel - Lucerne

Placed an order online to my Hotel at the airport and they cancel it on me, placed another order for pickup, stopped by, food wasn't great, service wasn't great but whatever welcome to Montreal, if you guys open at 6:30 a.m. it would be appreciated if you could serve the kosher clientele around Montreal Airport and turn on your Uber eat 6:30 not 8:45 a.m. in addition canceling orders is very inappropriate

Tasty muffins and bagels. The breakfast plate was not great, but the shakshuka was tasty. it’s a good option for people with kids. Friendly service.

Eh. It was an “ok” bagel with like 3 items on it, couldn’t add toppings, only advocado, egg (omelet style), cream cheese, and lox, ok so 4 items my bad... Not the best bagel I’ve had. And the iced Americano was meh… shrugs. The girls were friendly though! I would never come back to this and did not realize this might be a chain??

I made a special catering order for a birthday party and most of the items were not fresh. The bagels and Danish were hard. The egg salad and tuna salad made my guests sick. You expect fresh food especially when you make an order in advance. There is no excuse for this. Poor and rude customer service.

Randomly picked this bagel shop while in the area… bagels were great! Only two choices for cream cheese flavour which was a bit disappointing but the bagels themselves were excellent, especially the cinnamon flavour. Gotta say, the coffee was terrible, but the latte was really good. Glad we stopped by, next time we’re back in Montreal area we will definitely come by again.

Visited District Bagel this morning with my family, excellent value and service. Nancy in particular went above and beyond! We look forward to coming back next time we’re in Montreal.
