Absolutely unacceptable experience. We placed our order and stood waiting as the employee who took it just walked away. Another worker started preparing food for the next customer who arrived after us. We stood there for about 20 minutes, assuming our order was being made — but nothing was happening.
Then another family arrived, and the staff started taking and preparing their order immediately. At that point, we asked what was going on, and the employee called his colleague — only for us to see through the window that the guy who took our order had gone on a lunch break! He just took the order and left. No explanation, no hand-off. Just gone.
This is some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
To top it off, the food was terrible. We ordered a small chicken poutine for takeout and got a medium shrimp poutine with some extremely spicy sauce — which we only realized once we got home. Absolutely disgusting. Not what we ordered, and not even remotely enjoyable.
Terrible service, awful food. Completely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

You could find in their bowl the smallest chicken strips in the world lol. It could be possible to shed more lol if they go thinner. Might me possible, sky is the limit for stingyness
