I was happy to find a mexican in the Rockland mall food court with halal options. We ordered a chicken burrito bowl and chicken tacos.
I really wanted to like it but unfortunately the chicken was from the microwave so no idea when it was cooked. The burrito bowl literally seemed to have basmati rice ? instead of Mexican rice. No taste whatsoever in the salsa or (runny) guac. No salt in the food at all. Extremely bland.
As I said, I wanted to like it but unfortunately won't be returning again. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to give us a refund for the returned burrito bowl.

I really liked the service at this restaurant, the guy at the cashier was very helpful and smiling, he prepared the tacos super fast and they were very tasty, very good for someone who doesn't know our culture since he is of Algerian origin. I will surely return to this restaurant to have good service like this and eat some delicious tacos.

I ordered a bowl. Frozen clumped rice, no sauce, black beans out do a can. I had cold bowl from a freezer. Guy barely acknowledged me.
Le manque d'hygiène dans ce restaurant me laisse perplexe. En utilisant les mêmes gants, huileux et remplis de cilantro et de donion, le cuisinier s'occupait de la caisse et de la préparation de la nourriture. Quand j'ai parlé à la caissière, elle a affirmé qu'il changeait ses gants, mais je les regardais depuis un moment et il ne les a jamais changés.

Seriously…. What is this restaurant?! A Nacho heated in a microwave…. The chips are obviously soft... and the nacho has ZERO taste! It tastes like oil chips... In short, I don't recommend it at all. And then the two men, one younger than the other, the atmosphere was zero. The one a little older, no smile at the checkout and stupid! The service is bad. You will lose your money, Fuyezzzz

The menu says the Tequenos come with a sauce and a drink. When we ordered, the lady taking the order first went to open the freezer to check if there were any left (not a great look), she then laughed when we asked for hot sauce and said “you want hot sauce with this” in a judgmental way. We mentioned the screen says there is a drink and she said no there is no drink. We pointed at the screen and she said she was told not to give a drink. She then asked cook that told her to give a drink and she went on to argue with him until we said we didn’t want anything. $14.99 for 4 cheesesticks with no sauce or drink.
