Terrible service! The employee wears a headset, she barely puts any vegetables and when I ask for more lettuce she puts like 2 crumbs. She only puts mayo on half of my 12 inch and when I ask her to put it everywhere she tells me the Bottle is empty. I already worked in a subway and she could easily have gone looking for something else. $20 for that is more than disappointing

I DONT RECOMMEND Worst subway Iâve ever been to. There was literally nothing in my sandwich even tho I asked for everything inside (1 tomato NO OLIVES) . In the picture you can see I asked for tuna but thereâs barely any.The girl working there was super rude and harsh. Not going back there

Worst Subway. Really donât know what to say - every time you go, even if itâs different server, they have the same BAD attitude. Brought me with a coupon, girl took a look and simply said we donât do it. What the hell!!! The app is terrible. Another time, I ordered and they took my payment but then the system cancelled my order! I went to the store with no order being processed! So I wanted to reorder using the coupons in the App and the girl told me that the coupons would be fake! What??????!?!?!!?? Itâs the coupon in their own app which is the same as paper coupons which I just didnât bother to bring with me as I was going to pick up my order made in the app!!!!! Terrible App, Terrible store, and Terrible customer service!!!!!!!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location on Saturday, August 31st, around 6 PM. When I walked in, there was no staff present for about 20 seconds. After saying "hello" twice, a female employee finally emerged from the kitchen, wearing AirPods. Without any greeting, she informed me that the store's system was down, and I would need to place my order online, otherwise, I couldn't order at the counter.
I used the Subway app to order a chicken teriyaki bowl with the veggies I wanted. When I asked her if my order went through, she ignored me, seemingly distracted by her AirPods. After about 20-25 seconds, she finally began preparing my bowl. However, she added onions, which I hadnât ordered. When I pointed this out, she gave me a hostile look, checked the receipt, and claimed that I had ordered onions. I explained that I hadnât, and that it must have been an issue with the online system. Her response was dismissive and rude, insisting that it wasn't her problem.
As I tried to communicate which veggies I wanted, she informed me that they were out of spinach and jalapeños. When I asked if she could add a little more of the available veggies to make up for it, she gave me another death stare and said, âI already put more than enough, what else do you want?â in an angry tone. At this point, I had enough of her attitude and calmly told her that I was simply asking for a little more, not a difficult request. She then irritably added more veggies and repeatedly told me that she had already given me more than usual, handing over the bowl with visible frustration.
When I asked for a bag, she charged me 15 cents and punched it into the systemâwhich I thought was supposed to be down? I decided to skip the bag and walked out. As I was leaving, I heard her sarcastically say, âYou should say thank you.â It was both ridiculous and laughable.
To make matters worse, another couple entered the store while I was placing my order, and she told them the system was down without mentioning that they could order online. They left without ordering, which means she deliberately let a customer walk out.
I recently moved to this area and was looking forward to becoming a regular at this Subway, but I will never spend another penny here as long as this employee remains. If youâre the owner, you need to address this issue immediately. Her attitude and behavior are driving away customers and losing you revenue.

Iâve been a regular at this Subway location, and it never disappoints! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always make sure my order is exactly how I want it. The vegetables are fresh, the bread is always soft, and they donât skimp on the toppings. I appreciate the clean environment and the quick service, even during busy hours. Whether Iâm grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, I can always count on this Subway to deliver quality and consistency. Do you want to have some sandwiches that are contaminated by staff's saliva? If you ask her to stop talking with her friends, you can see a angry face. They never wear the mask, when they make sandwiches. Absolutely, you can't understand their conversation, because their language is not English and French. So I recommend that you go to a Provigo in front of this store. This Provigo has a restaurant and Provigo's staff members powerfully abide by the highest standard of hygienic that is different from the subway's lowest of hygienic.After ; I received an email from a restautant owner, Nima. He insisted that his staff is abiding by the highest standard of hygienic. Ooops. And he rejected my requirement for the full refund, even if my sandwichds were contaminted by staff's saliva and I have given up having these sandwiches. He has already forgot Covid-19's catastrophe. He only believed their staff abides by the highest standard of hygienic and closed my case on his way. I will not come back here. I've complained about my issue to Subway's official website. But they did not solve my problem and they passed their responsibility on a restaurant owner. HaHa. Subway lost their one of loyalty customers.

Ordered for pick up 4 footlong sandwiches online.Barely any meat on all of em, the ones with extra bacon had (1) strip on them while 75% of the sandwich being lettuce only.On top of that, none of the souces requested were on the subs. Not impressed.The only way to make sure the food is prepared accordingly must be by ordering in person.

Foodâs okay but the employees are disrespectful. They charge you for things no other store charges for. They talked in their language and thought I wouldnât notice what they were talking about but when I told them why are you trying to fool me they said itâs store policy and owner told them.
