Nice food , recommend
The day when I have my lunch there, one girl want to make another Pokbowl for 50% off, but no mistake order bring back, just receipt! The owner told her to bring back the wrong order, then can do refund or redo the order. Even the girl is so impolite, the owner gently to talk to this girl. I admire this shopkeeper. For this busy store, happen this kind of complain, it's normal. Good food! Good service! Very clean!
I buy here ,but the service is not good. I buy amount of 80$ they never smile.there face 😞 sad.
You have to appreciate your customer. Even how we tired you have always smile.
I can say that this is my favorite sushi restaurant. There are many varieties of sushi to choose from, the taste is good, and the price-performance ratio is good. Of course, everyone's taste and needs are different, and the above is just my personal opinion 🙂

Use to like this place, now the portions are very small (poke bowls) + no change for 100$ bill ? What business doesn’t keep change for customers ? Lady at the cash is pretty rude also!

Very disappointed with the service! Not enough employees for the amount of orders they have! Needed to wait over 45 minutes to get a small order!!!! I’m a regular but service is now deplorable and not coming back
I called for a Poki Bowl to go, and they made me wait like a normal customer when I show up.
I get the poki bowl, I arrive home and they completely messed it up.
I go back, get another and I arrive home and they messed it up AGAIN.
Seriously this is absurd these people need to learn how to read a ticket as the proper items were listed on the receipt.
Never have i had service like this. I put in my order at 1:48pm and received it at 2:30pm! I ordered a total of 16 pieces and there was only 2 other people in the store who also ended up complaining about the waiting time. There were 3 people working in the back. Never will I step in this store again I am very disappointed in this place. It’s the location on chemin lucerne. Very very disappointed

We order from Suchi shop a lot, but the one on Lucerne is where service is the worst. They get 50% of all orders wrong (wrong rice, wrong ingredients...). The manager has anger management issues. She yells at customers for no reason (she barely speaks english, forget french !) and yells constantly at her employees. The ambiance is bad... Try other sushi places in TMR.

The miso soup tasted watered down
The staff is not welcoming or professional. Yesterday, the lady at the cash register told me you can't eat here because we close in 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes and no 5 minutes! Additionally, the service is not good.
Most disappointing poke bowl ever. Not worth 21$.
I asked for more salad and half rice.
Tiny shreds of cucumber, no seaweed, 2 pieces of avocado, bit of cheap Iceberg lettuce, so much sauce i couldnt taste the few ingredients there were. ?
I know this photo looks like I already ate half but sadly it is not. Bowl half full by the time the lettuce deflates this is what it looks like. I dug up the rice to see if there would be anything worth the price but no.

I went to get some sushi and fried shrimp for lunch today. The food was delicious, but one of the two employees was on the phone when I went in and took my order a few minutes later. The other was in the kitchen. After I took my order, for some reason, the employee in the kitchen started to get her lunch and started eating while the other employee was on the phone. I waited in the restaurant for 25 minutes, and the employee who was eating lunch finished her lunch and started to prepare my chicken mango bowl, which took less than 5 minutes. My wife and I were starving, but the employee made us watch her finish her lunch before preparing our food, while the other employee was on the phone and did nothing. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional behavior, and I am very angry about it.
