Thai Express Restaurant Mont-Royal

We ordered number 7, the Beef Pad Thai and it was a real treat. The portion was generous and super filling, perfect for filling up. In addition, we arrived today (February 15) around 5 p.m., at a time when many restaurants were closing, but here they accepted our order without problem. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. And the best part was that the dish was even more appetizing in real life than in the photos! Everything was fresh, well prepared and incredibly tasty

I just ordered a thaïe soup but as you can see there are no vegetables. I am very disappointed ?. It was my second time there and unfortunately my last. 16,41$ for noodles and chicken ! What a difference with the picture and the reality.

I was around 2pm today, I ordered a sweet noodle bowl with broccoli and chicken, separated not mixed. The man on the cash register was really disrespectful, he spoke out loud everyone looked at us like we were arguing!!! In the end he just gave me dry noodles because he didn't understand what I wanted. I went back to his place, and again he speaks out loud with a lack of respect like I eat for free at his place!!!!It was really my first and last experience there. Bad customer service.

The guy on the counter and the cook clearly doesn’t understand simple instructions. I asked them NOT spicy but served me with spicy fried rice instead.

bad experience with a guy on the cashier, rude, not clear with explaining us the menu..not even a smile
