Restaurant Wingo (Napierville)

Amazing food, great taste and good portions. Pricing is good, service is outstanding and staff is very friendly.

I have never eaten in, but the restaurant looks very clean and spacious.

I recommend the General Tsao, beef à l’orange, the Pad Thai and the Pineapple Chicken.

I truly recommend giving it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered this evening at the St-Jean restaurant around 5:45 p.m. for delivery, 2 hours later I called back to find out where my order had gone and I was told that the delivery man left with the order. 1 hour later I call again to find out why it is taking so long and I am told that the delivery man came back with our order stating that we had canceled... It is now 8:45 p.m., most restaurants are closed and we are tired, thank you for this beautiful evening.

Average rude service or aggressive boss if you don't tip her she tells you straight out. I'm bringing the dish to the table, it's service so tipping is almost obligatory in the authoritarian weather. Madam, that's not how you will have customers, you have to treat them with respect, it's not in Beijing.

The food is good but they get their order wrong almost every time. Seriously frustrating! You have to validate each time before leaving…

Let's start by mentioning that I expected more.
We were there on a Saturday evening to eat there. There were 5 of us.

Service. The people are nice and helpful, however the waiting time for the dishes is really too long. The dishes were not in sync, there was more than 10 minutes between the 1st and 5th person's dish.

A bland wonton soup, but really tasteless.
A VH style soy sauce (we are in an Asian restaurant, I was expecting light soy sauce like in the majority of Asian restaurants.)

Beef stir fry was delicious, general tao too.

Was the price fair... I think for $140 for 5 people, I would have expected more.

From ordering to serving main dishes we're talking about more than an hour.

I believe the delivery service took priority over the dinner room.

Unfortunately for the price we were disappointed.

The food is good. The combos for 2 and 4 people, the portions are generous, but more of a take-out restaurant.

Parking: Small shopping center so enough parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access, no steps.

General Tao was very good.
