The team seems to have a great dynamic working together, they are friendly and always smiling, they provide a great service to the clients and often have my order ready before I've even finished saying what I want, they know me so well! I feel like a real part of the Tim Hortons family every time!

Both some eggs at the drivetrue, the staffs ask me to pull over. After 10 mins. I had to go. The next day I when inside and told them what happen and they answered me that was not true.

Why are you asking for temporary foreign worker visa's for your restaurant. There are plenty of young kids from Quebec willing to do that job. How come you aren't hiring them?

Why is your Grand Cappuccino (Hot) $0.60 more expensive than all the other Tim's?? You are like the gas stations in Napierville...More expensive than everyone else?!?! And the Drains were overflowing when they opened. The evening shift didn't do their job and left the mess for the morning staff. The Plus of this Tim's... The drive-thru service is very fast during the week!
Unfortunately young people don't have any training or??? They go around in circles without awareness of their responsibilities???? I am speechless at the organization of the work how they are completely lost

Rotten service, the waitress's fingers in the glasses (disgusting), wrong coffee order, not warned that the latte machine is defective, waiting time much too long after paying. Men's toilet unclean, women's toilet acceptable.
