I was extremely disappointed with the food served to us at the cabin. The roast potatoes were just boiled potatoes with a piece of bacon if you're lucky. The bines were not as good as canned bines. Basically most of the things lacked a lot of flavor and I have the impression that they brought in too many people the day we went. It seemed like they did everything too quickly because they had to do more than usual. The sausages were so soft, they looked like canned sausages in syrup. The only pancake was so small and tasteless it was ridiculous. The cake tasted just like the little cow with maple syrup on it. But the worst part was that even after all that, they weren't even able to make maple taffy that would fit on the stick. It was just melting into the snow. I mean, a sugar shack if they make syrup they should be able to make taffy, right? It gave me the impression of a real tourist scam and not at all a real good cabin. For $50 I ate worse than in a high school cafeteria.

Answer: I can't answer your answer but it was March 16. By the way, the ham was grocery store ham and I was asked to finish our plate like seven year olds.

Excellent sugar shack gastronomic experience. The best pea soup I've ever had (I surprised myself by having it 3 times). Excellent food. Many dishes are homemade.
