Will never visit again. 3 teenagers working in the place with no respect for their job. More interested in loudly talking about their social lives than serving customers. Floor was dirty as were tables and washrooms.

Usually not a big fan of the channel. We gave the franchise another chance, and it was a very pleasant surprise.
Good service, good preparation, the room clean and it was very good.
So we'll come back.

Very good, courteous and helpful service but I always have a question...!
Why a restaurant that does breakfasts and which has everything to make, for example, an omelette or a breakfast poutine, which would bring it a lot more customers because let's face it, breakfast poutine is a must and very popular, don't do it .
The ingredients are present, the customers are present and the employees are present so what is the reason...

Parking: It is attached to a shell fridge and a Subway restaurant so there is ample room for parking for truckers as well as cars.

Wheelchair accessibility: Unless you knock on the window to get employees to come and open the doors, there is no possibility for a person in a wheelchair to enter the business.

We stopped in Neuville to eat at Valentine. What a surprise!

A service provided with passion, dedicated and attentive employees!

I tried the new WoW pepper poutine sauce! A delight, I ate it all! Ready to hit the road again!

I understand the lack of employees, but leaving 3 young minors alone during holidays (now Thanksgiving) during rush periods, and seeing that one of the 3 is not doing much while clearly the customers are waiting for their order , it's not very acceptable and it doesn't make you want to come back, otherwise the 2 other girls looked okay but weren't in a big hurry either. I think a manager would be good. On a more positive note though the food was delicious as always

Parking: There is plenty of parking right next to the entrance.

Very well located with EV terminals along the 40 in Neuville, the restaurant is clean; I'm not a fan of the banner, but it was hot and very good; the order was prepared with care. THANKS.

This evening was the worst service given. Being served by a gang of teenagers who speak loudly and insult each other, especially since there were a lot of children in the dining room. It says bad things between them. Really sad because I pass twice a week and I wanted to do something different from the Subway next door... I'm going to think twice... I'm not talking about the cleanliness either... Instead of picking up and cleaning the tables the employees are on their cell phones. This restaurant is very well located on the side of the highway with the service station. It's just really sad to have a service like this.
