What a nice surprise to come across this little café-refreshment bar at Pointe Taylor! It definitely meets a need and the location is simply perfect! I was there briefly this time, but already looking forward to having a drink while watching the sunset from their terrace!
We went there to Edgar during our stay at Pointe Taylor campground (3 minutes by bike on the bike path). The view of the sunset and the terrace at the back was perfect, the waitress was really nice, the shrimp roll was one of our favorites from our Gaspesie tour and the gin + haskap slush that we drank was incredible. A stop worth the detour.
We did not eat there because the clouds liked to cry, but the terrace was simply magnificent and very warm! It is adorned with small lights and decorated with wood that has been rocked by the sea. It is sublime. Cooking is an amalgamation of good life choices! Burratta salad topped with peach and walnuts, lunch sandwich with chorizo, pork belly sandwich, etc. Everything was absolutely delicious! The coffee is so good it will warm your heart and soul! It was definitely a crush...
