You're asking for a threesome.
A trio consists of 3 items. Indicate clearly on the table. Potato and drink sandwich. Half an hour for them to say OK. You go get the order. A Sandwich, return to Cass Departure.

We ordered two menus, in one we did not receive the wrap, in the other not the ketchup sauce. We go to ask and the lady tells us that there is no wrap to order. I'm going back to the terminal to order something else. And some time later we place the wrap on the counter. Without warning us. However, we have to write our first name on the order but they do not use it to call the customer and return the order.
They hardly speak French.
I don't recommend at all...

Not great to treat and scream to an employee to be deaf in front of the clients as Donna did this morning august 10th to one of the employees. Please, someone have a discution with this person, it was not appropieted. Not a healthy work enviroment.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été étonnés (ainsi que d’autres clients en file) de voir autant de mouches voler au travers des pâtisseries, du panneau d’affichage, de nous et du jeune homme qui a pris notre commande. Après plusieurs minutes d’attente (car les clients précédents avaient tous des erreurs dans leur commande) nos Timatins nous ont été servis froids.

I just bought 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 potatoes and 3 drinks
Ouach everything was cold, the service was very fast, we were even surprised by the waiting time, now I understand, nothing could be heated.
In the end I would have preferred to wait 2-3 minutes to eat hot.

The worst Tim Hortons I've seen in my life!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I won't begin to detail everything, in short, everything is horrible and execrable! Cleanliness, service, food, etc....
