Ordered a sandwich and a wrap, they give me 2 wraps. 1 of them lwas supposed to be with ranch sauce, and it literally says it on the receipt and I still get the coriandre sauce in the wrap that was supposed to be a sandwich. Tim hortons, why the heck are you charging me 50¢ more for ranch sauce if I still get the default shit? Get some employes capable of servicing clients so your clients can get exactly what they've ordered.

I'll start by saying that my French is virtually nonexistent. The nice lady taking my order was patient and understanding. Ordering was quick, I ordered a sausage wrap and black coffee, and I got my food quickly. It was placed on the counter, and I didn't understand what the lady said. The lady that took my order told me it was mine. The food was hot and tasty.

We ordered two menus, in one we did not receive the wrap, in the other not the ketchup sauce. We go to ask and the lady tells us that there is no wrap to order. I'm going back to the terminal to order something else. And some time later we place the wrap on the counter. Without warning us. However, we have to write our first name on the order but they do not use it to call the customer and return the order. They hardly speak French. I don't recommend at all...

Not great to treat and scream to an employee to be deaf in front of the clients as Donna did this morning august 10th to one of the employees. Please, someone have a discution with this person, it was not appropieted. Not a healthy work enviroment.

I just bought 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 potatoes and 3 drinks Ouach everything was cold, the service was very fast, we were even surprised by the waiting time, now I understand, nothing could be heated. In the end I would have preferred to wait 2-3 minutes to eat hot.
