I hadn't been to Thymbré for several years and unfortunately the food was far worse. Serving frozen fries for this type of expensive menu is quite ordinary. An ultra dry smoked meat with an onion ring and cold cheese curds in the sandwich is a total “turn off”. Impeccable service but menu that leaves something to be desired for the price, very far from what Thymbré was.
Tucked away off the beaten path in a small neighborhood of Nicolet, Resto Bi-eres Lè Thymbré is a delightful find that combines history with a vibrant, modern vibe. The building, repurposed from what appears to have been a post office, exudes a unique charm that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
