Good food, bad and unprofessional waitresses, very slow. Rude reaction of both waitresses when just asked why so long... unpolite and a bit crazy. I visit the city often and i will not repeat. It is a pity to spoil a nice restaurant with so arrogant attitudes.

Baffled at the bad reviews, we ate here for dinner and it was fantastic! All three of us enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere, and the service was very friendly.

We were there when the buffet opened for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The filter coffee served was not good. However, there was a professional Nespresso available on the counter.

The mussels were excellent, the recipe was divine. We also had octopus, the cooking was perfect. The octopus was very tender. We will return.
Thank you for the excellent service

3 stars for the service and atmosphere but very ordinary food with meals served in piece time...even the soup was not at all hot
Lamb and veal pax so tender, not much salt and very ordinary prepared vegetables
Too bad for such a clean, well appointed and comfortable hotel (4-* for the facilities and the service and hotel in general)
In my opinion, this hotel needs a good chef in the kitchen!!
Delicious and generous cuisine. THANKS :)
Food serving is small for the cost. My meal was also cold. It's too bad because the service and environment were quite good but because of the food we'll never go back.

Regardless of the opinions, personally for the meal everything was perfect. Great service and whether it was the fried squid, bison burger or flank steak, the cooking was perfect in addition to being delicious. For the buffet lunch it was not super hot like all the lunches in any other restaurant, but good choice of products and delicious.

Chef Fernando is excellent, the dishes were tasty, the reductions and sauces were rich in taste without being heavy and greasy. Perfect cooking, well-balanced flavors. No negative points. Impeccable service, smiling staff and warm atmosphere.

Tip: eat elsewhere even if you are staying at the hotel.Lunch tastes nothing, it's like a CHSLD meal where everything is tasteless and without spice but the waitresses are nice. For dinner, we clearly had a salmon tartare made from salmon that had been frozen and which should be called "Water Tartare" because the fish is so waterlogged and we detect no taste of salmon. Again no spice or taste. We were told it was "freshly made" but it tasted like a tartare that has been in the fridge for 24 hours and has not been seasoned properly. Even the other foods in the mix tasted nothing. They want to imitate a fine dining restaurant but they clearly don't have the necessary cooking skills.

The restaurant is called Tomahawk Grill but when we ordered, there was no more Tomahawk!I asked for the table d'hôte special for 2, and was told that it had to be ordered 24 hours in advance, yet when I ordered the day before by telephone, I was never asked if I wanted the table d'hôte. 'host. Finally, I order a half rack of ribs and my son-in-law orders the full rack, he gets the 2 big ends and I get the small end.Fortunately, the food was good and the service excellent.

Beautiful hotel, the room was very good, the spa facilities and the baths/pool clean and well appointed.Food on the other hand is hard.At lunch everything is overcooked but cold. They were able to miss some toast!Commercial crepe mix, frozen potato, dried bacon! Very disappointing. At dinner it's not better, once again frozen fries, side up at $36, they're reheated. Goat cheese and fig pizza but they don't have figs...My advice: go eat elsewhere!
