I visit this resto-pub in the past and I love the food, yesterday I came back and I love the modern ambiance that is being created but with surprise that the food lost the value, we order fish and chips and hamburger, we wait for 20 minutes and the food was really cold, we talk to the lovely waitress that offered to bring new fries and new hamburger but for real again cold, we can understand this was f the restaurant were full but when the restaurant is empty, is not understandable!

We showed up at Pilsen for lunch on a Tuesday in February. In total, five tables. So not an incredible occupation. We receive the ordered plates (tuna tataki and flank steak). Very good. Except for a spicy mayo that accompanies the fries. Not a big deal, we ask our waitress for “regular” mayo. Oh no, impossible. HeThere is no “regular” mayo in this restaurant. Really? Seems to me that the spicy mayo drops the modified Hellman’s…Hubbub at the next table, Monsieur asks for a plate without fries, a healthier choice for him, just with salad. Only to be told, cavalierly by the waitress, that you shouldn't think about having more salad because you don't want fries. And Madam who doesn’t want olives in her tartare? Forget that. The kitchen does not accept any changes to the menu…”too stressful for the cooks when the restaurant is very full.” We will come back for customer service. The table next to us prefers to cancel the order and leave. The waitress was so insulting and cavalier. And we wonder why restaurants are closing. At $130 a lunch, we could still pretend to care about our customers and try to serve them well.In short, a good restaurant but you really have to be hungry to accept being laughed at to this extent. I don't know if the owners endorse this kind of way of doing things, but if I were them, I would be ashamed.

C’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter d’une ambiance conviviale avec des plats délicieux.
The charcuterie/cheese platter is never worth the asking price. Among other things, with certain portions of low-end cream cheese (if you can call it cheese). Wrong on the type of beer I ordered. And what's more, they charged twice while I only consumed one and the waitress never admitted her mistake. They need waitresses with more class!! In short, I would not recommend this place to my friends and family!
