Great ambiance! Food is delicious (though portions are quite small), and service is professional and friendly. Our favourite place for dinner or lunch in the North Hatley area.

They oysters and scallop appetizers were both amazing and the scallop entree was out of this world delicious!

Overall it was great. The service was especially outstanding and the atmosphere/ vibe is perfect. The dishes were well composed and prepared but lacked a bit of seasoning / flavor for me. I would definitely go back , just didn't find anything particularly memorable. My partner and I split 4 appetizers and our own entrees so we definitely tried a lot of dishes.

Not sure why this place has really good ratings… the staffs and service were good but the food is just simply not up to par. it’s not worth taking the time and driving to this place for a dinner imo. and even if you’re staying at the hotel there are better options in town…? probs not the best fine dining option if you want to celebrate something. the breakfast was much better than dinner from food quality, taste, and bang for your buck perspective. the people are so nice tho.

Menu excellent, service excellent, je trouve que l'accord mets et vin était beaucoup trop cher ($140/ personne) pour la quantité servie malgré la bonne qualité du vin.

Un endroit magnifique et paisible où l'on se sent immédiatement bien... et d'où l'on ne veut surtout pas repartir. Le brunch était délicieux, et le passage par la bibliothèque apporte un apaisement qui nourrit l'âme. Le service, professionnel et d'une attention remarquable, complète à merveille cette expérience exquise au Manoir Hovey.

WoW! Quelle belle soirée au Manoir! Tout était parfait. Le chef Alexandre Vachon et son équipe se sont surpassés! Merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons assurément. :)

Un endroit unique où le service, la cordialité et la bienveillance en plus de la vue sont des priorités . Unique, définitivement plus qu'un 5 étoiles.

This was our second meal at Le Hatley this week and, once again, it was great. The chef is very talented with every course offering the finest presentation, ingredients and flavours. The service is simply outstanding with friendly and attentive staff. The sommelier team are wonderful - keen to help, explain their craft and suggesting perfect pairings. Standouts include the Squash soup, Piglet, and duck egg. Wow. And a special thanks to the team for their service during a holiday weekend.

Une des meilleures tables du Québec ... du Canada ? Quels plaisirs pour mes papilles gustatives ! Le nombre de leurs orgasmes dépasse certainement le million !

We had the tasting menu which was very good. We were happy that they hadn't followed the current tendency of étoilé in France to have everything with leaves, flowers and aromatic oils which might be ingenious but don't inspire the palette. Service was great with staff from many French speaking countries. Timing was good and wine list decent and reasonably priced, for north America that is. They do have one wine list in paper; I really don't like the iPad versions and after 3 attempts we found a wine they actually had in stock. Very pleasant evening/meal

We waited for an hour to get some food. Seems like the goal of the restaurant is to marinate its customers. After an hour of waiting and seeing a lady with bread rolls pass us by without paying us any mind and with only two different kinds of butter on our table and no way to try them, we finally decided to leave. Alas, we didn't have the 5-course experience we were looking for...
