Got food poisoning from the Mozza burger. Sweet potato fries were hard, undercooked and inedible. Couldn’t have been a worse experience. Never going back.

I stopped by at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday 07, 2024 and the lady at the cashier 555 c was very nice, with a smiling face at all times. I congratulate you this lady. Well done.

Super cheerful and polite cashier, order received quickly, nothing to say.
Worst experience ever...I ordered on the app at 12:07 p.m....I'm with my 3 and 4 year old child......and at 12:30 p.m. I go to check and nothing seems to have received anything.. .and starts to ignore me...and at 1:00 p.m. always nothing and the big one who takes the orders rolls her eyes when I ask her questions...so then I raise my voice to speak to the manager
.. and no one... and 0 employees speak 100% French... all English and where else... tressss tressss tresss disappointed...53$ later I screamed and then I got my order.. .......

But why put this person in the customer service if the customer, patiently, does not make himself understood, except perhaps 20%?
