On March 3, 2024, we went to have a family lunch at the restaurant. Luckily we had reservations, because the restaurant was crowded!Big negative point: the bacon is cooked in the fryer!The coffee arrived quickly at our table as did the coffee warmers.When the waitress came to take our order, the excellent service began! The waitress in front of us, the young people had forgotten to give us the menu.The waitress comes to bring us our orders. The plates are generous! I eat my plate with the feeling that things are missing from my dish.I get up and go look for a menu and I see that I'm missing: a crepe, my French toast, my cretons, my meat pastry and my orange juice.I don't see any waitresses coming to my table.When paying, I inform the waitress that I did not have several items on my plate. She told me it was your responsibility to come see us. I asked her if she could adjust the amount on my plate. She tells me, because you didn't come to see us. And if I plan to separate everything, it will cost you more! I tell him how can it be more expensive if I haven't had my whole dish? It doesn't change anything sir, it was your mistake not to have informed us.I find it shocking to pay for items that you don't receive!I paid my bill and left without making a scene! But thanks to the good service of…. I won't go back there again, I don't like paying for things I don't have and being told it's my mistake! I didn't leave a tip and the lovely waitress gave me a look of disgust, contempt and frustration! She wanted to make me feel cheap! Your tip goes with the service!
