husband and I are in town for our anniversary and picked this restaurant for dinner, I had the Linguini Pescatore cream sauce and it was delicious!! husband had pizza Randonneur and he enjoyed it. 7/10 for him and 10/10 for my pasta!

We recently visited LE FOUR À BOIS D'ORFORD at 2197 Chem. du Parc, Orford, QC J1X 6X6. It’s a really interesting place! I was so glad we made a reservation, because the place was absolutely packed with people and all the tables were full. 🤩
The atmosphere is simple but very cozy and homey. The most exciting part is the bar area, where you can see a beautiful old wood-fired oven. They make the pizzas right in front of you, and we saw so many very appetizing ones being ordered!
Despite how incredibly busy it was and with only two waitresses working, the staff was amazing. They provided excellent service and made our evening truly wonderful. 😊
Our food was magnificent, from the soup and salads to the main course steak and superb desserts. Everything was absolutely delicious! 🍲🥩🍰
I definitely recommend LE FOUR À BOIS D'ORFORD for its incredible food, unique concept, great service, and lively atmosphere!
Pizza was ok, very short handed staff as it took way too long to pick up 2 ordered ahead pizzas. They were sitting there by pizza take out boxes but took 20 mins before staff could free themselves to retrieve them for me. I got to stand there watching them get cold while 1 pizza makers stood around. It wasn’t his job to deal directly with customers also got to witness pizzas made for in-house customers sitting under the lights for too long because no one was available to deliver them to tables.
Meanwhile, a long line was forming behind me for people that either were picking up or looking to be seated, not sure which
The wait staff were really hustling, but it was clear that a different kind of staff organization or more staff would’ve helped things out.

The pizza was PERFECT the service was good!! But unfortunately the evening turned out to be a bit of an experience the table behind us decided to start a fight with all of us that were on the deck and also inside they were pushing people around 🤦🏼♀️can’t say I would go back but the food was good it’s just to bad people like this have no respect !!

Was thoroughly understaffed when we went there. Difficult to blame the waitress when she's running around like crazy, doing her best to make up for the situation.
Also, their website is clearly made of AI slop to generate the menu pictures. Look at these ribs 😅
