As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can smell the wonderful aromas coming from the Pho broth. We are welcomed warmly and also with a big smile! :D The atmosphere really gives us the impression of the OG pho restaurants in MTL (Pho Lien, Pho Banh, Pho My Canh). No choice, I took the Super Tonkinoise (Pho Dat Biet), and it was a good experience. We are served with a Pho, a clear and rich broth, with all the cuts of meat from a pho dat biet, all accompanied by the traditional plate of bean sprouts and lime. The cinnamon basil was missing, but it's a small detail. Overall, everything was very delicious, tasty and flavorful. The cooked cut of meat could have simmered slightly longer in the broth to take on even more of the flavors of the spices (anise, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, coriander) and also make it even more tender.
I didn't notice if it was on the menu, but a Caphe Sua da would have complimented it perfectly! :)
If you are looking for an authentic taste of Vietnam and you are in Estrie, definitely a restaurant to put on your list, you will not be disappointed. I will return there without any doubt.

Great little typical Vietnamese restaurant. This was our first visit and we will return. The food is delicious and the value for money is excellent. We followed the advice of our waitress regarding our choices! For starters we opted for the imperial rolls and fried wonton with pork, for main courses we chose the Tonkinese soup with chicken and the “bird's nest” (crispy noodles with vegetables and chicken), we even let ourselves be tempted by the little dessert donuts with banana and pineapple. Plus, it’s a BYOB!

The only option for this cuisine around. They are always overwhelmed and understaffed like a lot of restaurants these days. The variance is pretty high - sometimes it’s great and sometimes the same thing is so so. I’ve been many times and will continue to go. If they would just use some basic technology you could order for pickup. It’s old school call and maybe they answer and maybe they forget about the call when they put you on hold. If they put in some work, the place could be really great. Please try!
