Food - overpriced. Steaks were overdone and terribly overpriced. Period. Ineffable.....I would perhaps eat it if they were priced below $20, not $40+.
Service - none. I think there was only a single server when we visited. Everything took a very long time, and even when we openly provided feedback and complaint on the food, he simply ignored our comments and didn't respond. We were a bit taken aback, but didn't want the hassle so just left it.
Ambience - average. Nothing above but one negative to comment on was their noise. They has speakers plastered all around, inside and outisde. We tried to avoid the noise and asked them to turn down the speakers outside and they said that they couldn't control it as it was centralized. We later found out that this was incorrect as they were able to turn down the noise indoors but kept outdoor noise blasting. I was unsure why they kept playing pop music at such an establishment. Are poeple there to listen to music or just to enjoy some food and drinks?
