It was very busy and we still got serve pretty quickly, the waitress was very nice but it was pretty loud. The food was very good.

I had to ask for a menu after being seated for 10 mins. I asked for water 3x before getting a glass. I had to ask for milk cream and sugar after receiving the coffee. Had to ask for coffee refills.

Lovely place if you want quality food for a great price. Was seated as soon as I arrived and was treated like I was family, staff is easy to talk to and always on top of things.
I ordered the eggs Benedict and it tasted amazing, will always recommend this to people going here.
Got my food fairly quickly and I staff checks in regularly to see if everything was to my liking.

We ordered a delivery meal to Herdman for 4 adults and the bill was $147.00. In the order were 3 pizzas, bbq chicken, a sub and a poutine. We ordered at 6:00 o'clock. The driver came at 7:00 which was fine but she only brought the pizzas and forgot the rest of the meal. Back she went, came back 45 minutes later with the rest. I had specifically asked for mashed potatoes with the chicken, it came with limp frozen fries.Called the Casa and the cashier said she would send out the potatoes. They arrived at 8:30 when the chicken was cold and dry of course. Too late for me to eat as I have medical issues. Called, asked to speak to the Manager. Apparently there was none there. Promised a call the next day, nothing. A week later still nothing, I think they could at least have comped the chicken and sent a new meal.My son and his wife stopped eating there bacause numerous times they found hair in their food. We used to call for delivery often.Never again!

I have lived in Ormstown for over 15 years. I always said that Casa's pizza was the best. They changed administrations recently. We ordered yesterday. It cost us $85 for two larges and a fries. And the pizza dough was flat flat flat. It didn't swell and was really stiff. The pepperoni was sliced super thick and the bacon was barely cooked. Clearly disappointed. Too expensive for quality that has greatly diminished. Not sure we'll buy it again.
Not to mention that I spent almost 10 minutes just to get the line... On the other hand, the lady on the phone was friendly. Fortunately.

I placed an order on a Sunday at 4:08 p.m. (for early dinner) at 6:08 p.m. still nothing arrived. I call to find out where my order is, I am told that all orders have left for delivery. It is now 7:08 p.m. still not received my order. I call back to see what's going on, I'm told that all the orders have been gone for a very long time. So I tell the lady on the phone to cancel my order since I've been waiting for 3 HOURS and when my order arrives, all my food will be cold. I am told that I cannot cancel my order since it has already left. I tell him to cancel my order since I won't pay for a cold order and after 3 HOURS of waiting (which never arrived). To conclude, the dear lady on the phone hung up the phone line on me. I do not recommend this restaurant.
