If you have ever been to a Tim Hortons, this one is like all the rest, The booths are more comfortable than at McDonalds. Good parking. The chicken noodle soup had plenty of chicken, but a Pepsi, sandwich and soup cost me over 20 $. Ouch;

Too bad the zero star option doesn’t exist!
This is the worst Tim Horton's I've seen.
The employees have no idea how to live, very rude and not at all smiling.
In the evening, it's even worse!
In the morning, you ask for a box of 10 5+5 donuts, that gives you 6 donuts, you ask for a creton bagel, you get a bacon cream cheese, you ask for a chocolate milk and you don't get it. The girl at the drive-thru doesn't understand French and she's as stupid as I've ever seen her. The place is a real pigsty and the food is very questionable.
The owners should invest in employee training because I have never seen a place so poorly managed in my entire life.
When I order with a smile and say please and thank you very much, I expect a minimum of respect in return!

If you take donuts or tim bits be careful there are a dozen flies wandering behind the windows🪰

Good morning,
Bad management by Tim Horton, always a lack of something. Sometimes no more bread for breakfast or no more sausage and on a Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. no more eggs. The employees don't know what to say anymore because they are sorry. The problem is recurring.

I went by today at 5:50 p.m. I asked for an orange pekoe tea, I didn't get the right tea, I went inside (because I was at the drive-through) of a no person currently who work to know how to live, no one knows how to speak well to people, he who serves at the drive fat zero he who takes orders a little young person who understands nothing I don't even think who understands what a The is, and the cashier the worst , talks about the employees washing in front of a long line, says that no one helps her and when I tell her it's true no one helps you because people move backwards she looks at me and gives me an attitude and says sorry you don't talk about employees like that when it was she who opened the subject... poorly raised and I'm not working it's a shame I came every day now I won't come back and I'm going to make a complaint, the boys who put questionable things in my tea again so in the end wasted 35 minutes of life not even having my tea, big lack of knowing how to live, no one should ever work in customer service and the store very insoluble arrtkkkkkkkk if we could give -0 I would have done it
