I don't understand why it takes as long as it takes to get served; review your employees because customer service is a mess never seen before in my life; I have to work in customer service and I find it unacceptable to make the customer wait 20 to 30 minutes

Poorly clean bathroom, not cleaned, I have been there several times and at different times of the day. Even in the restaurant it's not clean, trash on the floor I wouldn't want to see the kitchen!

Great staff great service but that croissant egg bacon maple sandwich was cold not toasted and did not stand up to what I'm use too with Tim Horton. Love the walnut crunch donut hope they keep it.

At 7 p.m. very rare that the donuts are in the display...they are hidden in a corner
Take more than 5 minutes to get served a coffee, everyone sees you but no one comes to the counter

I ordered a pizza on the mobile app. Arriving at the window, the cashier tells me that they no longer make pizzas after 8 p.m. and that they cannot reimburse me since the order was placed on the mobile app. I ask her if I can have anything else and she says no. I wouldn't have taken it so badly if she had had a better attitude. She didn't have to be stupid before I even had a chance to say a word. Not a very good feeling when you arrive, all the employees are at the back of the restaurant smoking. Makes you wonder if this is why the majority of foods are not available in the evening. Very bad experience.

I N C O N S I S T A N C E!!A Tim Horton's is not consistent in its coffee production, that is to say: one morning the coffee is good and the next day it is not. Often (4 times out of 5) the coffee is too hot and therefore tastes strange (burnt). As if the pot is set to the wrong intensity. If not it's like the employees keep it longer than they're supposed to. In truth, unfortunately, only one coffee in 5 tastes okay, but I don't understand why.If one day you succeed in making a good coffee, explain to me why you fail it tomorrow, it's beyond me and I'm very dissatisfied.I'm at Tim's twice a day too. I'm really fed up with your crappy coffee....then OOPS you're in for a good one...then ark they're disgusting....Come on laaaaaaa ? I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!
