I had a wonderful experience at A&W! The food was fresh and delicious, the service was quick, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially their Manager (Harman) ,The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite places for a good meal!

First time in a long time and very rare I write a review… Maybe Im having a bad day but after a long day of work I was looking forward for a nice meal. 1 of the items ordered is onion rings. For so many years I ask for 2 bbq and staff are happy to give at this branch and others, like Mcdo, Harveys … so I asked the drive through employee for 2 bbq. With full confidence she immediately said it’s extra and proceeded to enter it in the pos “system” I was shocked and appalled. She was not mean but like a robot following the system by the book. I explained that I get it normally no charge. With full confidence no hesitation: no sir it’s extra. So…Please if you bring people from abroad then train them on common sense here. Onion rings nuggets fries … come with a sauce. Also there is something called customer satisfaction, flexibility, returning customer, true cost to the business when you gain or lose a customer over 2 bbq small packets…. Etc.

⭐ 1 star for the food quality.

This morning I ordered a coffee and English muffin combo. The first muffin had visible mold on it. I showed the staff, and they replaced it, assuring me the second one was fresh. Unfortunately, it also had mold when I checked.

At that point, I completely lost my appetite. They did apologize and gave me a refund, and the staff themselves were polite but the food quality was unacceptable.

This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

Fast service

I love it more than any fast food restaurant in Montreal. Every time burgers are super tasty. I come back with pleasure every time
