Food taste like garbage. My wife ended up in the hospital because of how disgusting and undercooked the food was. I hope you guys get a big fine when the food inspector comes around. Do not recommend this disgrace of a Persian restaurant.

High chances of getting food poisoning if you have their food.
Avoid this restaurant at any cost .

A DISGRACE TO THE PERSIAN CUISINE! I placed an order, by phone, looking at the beautiful pictures of the meals offered on the website of Chelow BBQ; the person taking my order could not understand what I wanted, even when I was spelling, so communication was difficult. I ordered at 3:30 PM and said that we would pick up at 5:30 PM; we got there on time, we paid at 5:41 PM (I gave a $5.46 tip) and still had to wait another 15 minutes. It was our first time ordering (and last) from Chelow BBQ. On the outside, the very first impression of the restaurant was negative: the blue entrance door is peeling, very dirty with a poster that you can not read because the sun has erased the images and the writing. Walking in, it is not clean, not appealing and not in order, more a joint than a restaurant. The food is very low quality; the chicken was very dry, the chaat papdi a far cry from other restaurants and the potatoes for the pani puri were lousy, only the salad was good! We ended up trowing more than half the food away! We wanted to try the place with the intention of ordering a dinner for 8 of our friends; this will never happen. Also, on the website the chaat papdi is priced at $4.00; when the bill came it was $7.49; I pointed this out to the cashier and I was told that some of the prices, on the web, are 3-or 4-year-old and not accurate anymore. That is unacceptable!!! I really like entrepreneurs that open restaurants to enrich our culinary range, but I do dislike places like this where nothing is right. The owner had a nice smile and the young woman, his daughter it seems, was polite but that is not enough! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Got food poisoning from this restaurant yesterday. My wife and I are suffering since we ate from it.
Never ordering again.

VERY low quality!!! We ordered Koobideh, Joojeh, and lamb biryani! The Koobideh and Joojeh came with no tomatoes!!!!! While in the menu says with tomatoes. THE WORST Koobideh ever! Food was not fresh and not well cooked(maybe microwaved?) ! Koobideh was white instead of being meaty!!! Worst experience of Persian food ever!!!!

I ordered food for my mom’s birthday. The meat of Chelokabab was hard. The chicken stew was literally raw. It was embarrassing for me because I offered my mother this food as a fun gift. It was cold today so I ordered online.
I ordered food from Chelo BB Q cause my first experience some years ago was very good. This time terrible, I am sorry to say that. How could you even serve this low quality food!!!! Waste
of $ 70

This place used to be an Iranian restaurant with a nice and lovely couple owning it. But now the management is changed, they are no longer Iranian (but they won't tell you that they bought the restaurent). Now with new management the food is terrible. It is uncooked and non-authentic (obviously!). The owner does not know how to manage an unhappy customer either.

I am Persian and I asked the guy if it's still Persian restaurant and he said yes. Cause I know only a Persian can make a proper Koobideh and Barg
