I ordered food for my mom’s birthday. The meat of Chelokabab was hard. The chicken stew was literally raw. It was embarrassing for me because I offered my mother this food as a fun gift. It was cold today so I ordered online.
I ordered food from Chelo BB Q cause my first experience some years ago was very good. This time terrible, I am sorry to say that. How could you even serve this low quality food!!!! Waste
of $ 70
They were really nice people:)

This place used to be an Iranian restaurant with a nice and lovely couple owning it. But now the management is changed, they are no longer Iranian (but they won't tell you that they bought the restaurent). Now with new management the food is terrible. It is uncooked and non-authentic (obviously!). The owner does not know how to manage an unhappy customer either.

What we got was nothing close to what it must have been!
I am Persian and I asked the guy if it's still Persian restaurant and he said yes. Cause I know only a Persian can make a proper Koobideh and Barg
Look at the photo to see the quality of the Barg. Uncooked and bloody. I Didn't order stake

It is not Iranian food at all and it is made entirely with Indian spices. The bitter taste of a pounded vegetable was unbearable. I ordered with Uber and threw all the food in the trash
I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I ended up throwing the entire order straight into the trash. They advertised the food as Iranian, but it tasted heavily of Indian spices, completely ruining the experience. I would never order from here again!

Terrible experience! I ordered chicken brochet & beef through Uber. The beef was undercooked & chicken wasn't seasoned or marinated at all, totally bland & tasteless.I wasn't sure what I am eating. Not even remotely close to Persian, Afghani,Indian or any middle eastern dish.Very disappointing.

Very unhappy with their Uber delivery. Theor food description does not match with what they delivered.
I tried the food, has no specific taste! The Aash has a strange acidic taste. You do not want to eat it.
The Kabab was so dry, the Jujeh has no taste. First and last time ....

Restaurantji Recommends
This was not Persian restaurant, not good. We paid but didn't end up eating.
Went with my family, absolutely loved it there. Great place great owner and staff is loving and amazing. Most importantly the food was delicious. Would surely recommend
I did not have the chance to take pictures but It was absolutely not worth trying the food in this restaurant even if they are giving it free , forget about it.
Kobideh and chicken was half done and it tasted like raw more then cooked.
Washroom was disaster dirty mirror, filthy toilet bowel with stains of I don’t know a year ago probably!
Those who wrote about the food being delicious perhaps did not eat the real Persian kebab and food.
Called it Persian restaurant was just a try to attract people which they fail with these food and ambience.

I ordered on Uber and got the Afghani pulao with lamb and the chicken brochette with rice and grilled tomatoe. There was no lamb in the lamb dish. Just a big piece of bone with a huge chunk of fat attached to it. The pulao rice did not impress me at all. The chicken was tough and bland. There is no way this is authentic Persian food.
I tried this place several times. The food is good and the people there are friendly and helpful.
