March 07, 2024 around 6:40PM:The pho place is alright and indifferent for me I find it a little bit odd that it’s far but here is my full review of the place.Positives:1) Food was decent and good. A little bit warm and hot but I prefer hot.2) The place is a nice vibe. Has a nice sort of pho place feel.3) Prices are fairly reasonable and hope it stays that way.4) Service was good and the waiter was nice and I think that was the owner or manager was nice as well.One of the waiters was talking a lot to a female student while She was working or studying then stayed for a bit.Cons:1) The flush on some of the bathrooms were not working. So that’s a bit odd. Washroom was pretty clean although I can see improvements.2) Food needs to be more hot and not warmish.3) They need the space to be more decorative and have a better feel to it.4) You need to pay for the meal upfront instead of the waiter assisting you. Kind of odd.5) I did not see a lot of cleaning nor sweeping nor Picking up dishes after when we still left. So that is a bit of a let down.Conclusion:I’m indifferent about Pho West Island and I may come back here again if the place improved in terms of the bathrooms Control of the food and the improved service.I am indifferent about this place.

Ordered for pick up. Asked for peanuts on the side and there was nothing. No utensils either. The chicken had absolutely no flavor and even the imperial roll wasn’t good. Would not go back there, it’s pretty expensive for what you get. I love Vietnamese food and this was my worst experience so far.

Good quality pho at an affordable price!Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the west island, I can definitely say this is your best bang for the buck choice. They have a great variety of delicious meals, sides and drinks. As well, the portions are certainly generous for most.I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next Pho craving!

Great food for very reasonable prices, it's not very busy because it's hidden in a corner but definitly worth it. Can't go wrong with a chicken vermicelli or Pho soup.
