It’s a really nice layout. The only thing is when they make your drinks it’s inconsistent. It’s either very sweet or too bitter.

I waited 15 minutes at the counter
No one acknowledged me
No one said “hi” or told me “thank you for waiting we’ll be with you shortly”
While the staff was exclusively focusing their energy on fulfilling drive through orders
I should have gone to the drive through I probably would have been served faster even though the line up was massively long
Quite disappointing
The floors and counters were also dirty
You can see that the team is overwhelmed and understaffed for the amount of clients in the drive through and they no longer take the time to cleanup the coffee spills and more
Thank you to Sabine and Helen for making our drinks. They were a hit! Very kind and cohesive team. I’ll definitely be back.

Sweetest girl who served us, named Sabine. She was so patient and explained all the specialty drinks to us. She made sure our drinks were made to perfection. And even the manager came out after to make sure we were enjoying our order. Thank you Helen ??

The service at this Starbucks is truly amazing! Staff is always smiling and is super kind and helpful. The manager, Helen, is so friendly and kind. Helen took care of us a few weeks ago when we visited this Starbucks, she took the time to chat with us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Helen and the team for such an amazing service :)

Been a while since I’ve had a bevie from Starbucks. Always amazes me how well-organized they are with all these systems in place.
The customer experience with Dana was great, and the barista at the Mastrena II was smiling and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing.
They were great at clarifying menu options. Yummy new orange cake pop went well with my frapp!
There was a small hiccup with the whipped cream, but the barista kindly offered to remove it or make me a new bevie.
Very attentive team and very professional.
