I order the new baileys dream hot chocolate, the employee doesn't understand what I'm saying in the end he charges me the dream hot chocolate but gives me a regular hot chocolate, the price is still quite different. In short, you should review your customer service

Drive thru lady was rude. We ordered in advance using an app, when we came 20 minutes later, the food wasn’t ready and we got scolded for changing pick-up method to drive-thru. She sounded like we’re such an annoyance to her. Lettuce was partially black and slimy.

This location can be insanely busy, but they are very service oriented, and food is fresh due to its popularity.
The drive-thru when busy causes some crisis due to being close to the street and strip mall exit causing at times a bit of a road block or inconvenience if you get stuck as you get closer to the outside take out console display to place your order.
Staff are pleasant.
