The worst service can any one get servers chatting to each other in a very loud east Indian dialect ignoring the customer while I was selecting my order Pausing in between to carry with their conversation when I draw their attention and mentioned it is 10 minutes for small order the woman made fun of me saying it will be 20 minutes and she slowed my ice cab order kind of punishment, this is the worst server among all Tim Hortons they are not professional neither polite they are not even clean as their clothes are filthy and the woman behind had food over her mouth. Its just disgusting

Owner needs to increase staff levels in the morning waited ten minutes in drive through line up in the morning like really? Staff your store stop trying to increase profits with minimum staff your making customers angry with your greed.

First time at this Tim Hortons and it will be the last. We can't even be served in French. I order the new baileys dream hot chocolate, the employee doesn't understand what I'm saying in the end he charges me the dream hot chocolate but gives me a regular hot chocolate, the price is still quite different. In short, you should review your customer service

Drive thru lady was rude. We ordered in advance using an app, when we came 20 minutes later, the food wasn’t ready and we got scolded for changing pick-up method to drive-thru. She sounded like we’re such an annoyance to her. Lettuce was partially black and slimy.
