Bad service

I called the number to place an order while driving.
I asked the gentleman that answered the phone a few questions about the menu and combos. At the end he asked me “what sauce” I let him know I wasn’t familiar with the sauces. He proceeded to tell me he is busy and I should check online, but the thing that upset me was his tone. He sounded annoyed like he couldn’t be bothered. I do not know who answered the phone as I told him to have a great day and I wouldn’t be placing an order due to the attitude of this man.
I find VERY rude that you cannot place an order by phone.

Will never be retuning as I’ve tried 2 times and I’ve always landed on the same person.

One of the best if not the best wings I’ve ever tried. I encourage everyone to try their buffalo wings, out of this world. Don’t get me started on how good the poutine is! The staff are extremely friendly. This restaurant is a must go!

I have been eating here for the past 8 years and honestly i have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. Despite the negative reviews on here, the food always tasted good and the atmosphere at the restaurant is always family-friendly. The staff was always friendly and gave me the best recommendations to try new items on the menu. I recommend everyone to try their Philly steak.

Terrible, ordered chicken wings 40 of them over fried super hard and told them to put sauce on the side and they covered them with sauce worst wings I've ever had threw them out what a waste of time and money.

Ordered the promotion online. Buy one get one free. Manager calls to explain the order because of the price. I clarified the order, he said he tried to cancel my order, was upset with the promotion and said he would call head office. Not my problem. Waited 20 minutes passed pick up time. Got home to see we are missing 2 orders!!! Seriously!!! The orders we received were disgusting, dry, no sauce, must have been yesterday's wings. Call to tell him we are missing 2 orders, he says "oh my g-d"..... Customer service is a missing art. Learned my lesson, order from a trashy place, receive trash to eat! Avoid at all costs.

For a place that supposedely specializes in wings, It is unfortunately the worst I have had. I would not be surprised if the chicken was 6 months old since that is how it tasted.

Furthermore the people working there seemed as though they are not happy when they get customers.

Do not come here unless they change literally everything.

The lady inside can’t speak French or English she just repaeating sorry sorry but can’t understand a word I’m saying she totally made my order wrong and also there sauce is different from before

Disappointed. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

So disappointed with Buffalo Bills Wings been ordering from them for over 10 years. Please do not order from them online ever.. I spent 107$ and the driver LEFT THE ORDER ON MY DOORSTEP without ringing or knocking or even calling to tell us it was there. The food sat outside for 1hr got infested with BUGS and was totally wasted direct to garbage!!!

When we called them they blamed a third party driver and offered 10% discount on a 107$ order!!!! So we wasted 107$ on this place. The food was enedible and they kept our money

Do not order from this place online they are crooks! They literally STOLE OUR MONEY.

Atrocious food for the price they charge. I ordered wings and fries and they crammed the overly sauced wings on top of the fries in a far too small take out box. So my 30$ order ended up being soggy sauce drenched fries and meager wings with hardly any meat at all. Supremely disappointing restaurant
