The people working there got mad we didn’t tip and put salt in our ice cream.
DQ, Always good
I ordered a mix soft serve cone (chocolate and vanilla). The employee put vanilla ice cream in the bottom and chocolate on top. It wasn’t a swirl of both like other Dairy Queen locations.

The most above and beyond service! We called about 10 minutes before picking up they made us the sweetest ice cream sandwhich for our little gender reveal. Made my entire day as so many other places refused to make anything last minute.

Extremely disappointed with the service, more like the complete lack of it. I went in to get an ice cream, and despite four employees being present, all of them were solely focused on drive-thru orders. One even had an AirPod in and seemed to be actively avoiding serving customers. None of them made any effort to acknowledge us.
On top of that, none of the staff wore hair nets, and several had long hair worn down, which really made me question the hygiene standards of this place. I didn’t even get to try the ice cream because the service was so poor and staff couldn’t care less. Ended up walking out. Total waste of time. Definitely won’t be coming back.
No hotdogs at 8:00pm?
Service was quick, parking is a bit tricky especially on a busy night.
I ordered a medium ice cream and while the treat itself was absolutely delicious (classic DQ quality!), the wait time was a bit disappointing. It took over 10 minutes to get my order, and there were only two staff members visible — likely focused on the drive-thru. I understand it’s a balancing act, but it felt like the in-store customers were forgotten. Still, the ice cream hit the spot, so 4 stars from me. Just hoping for quicker service next time!

Of all the DQ’s this is my favourite one… the staff is great, the store is clean and the owner is very, very friendly and goes out of her ways to make you happy….
