Dairy Queen (Treat)

I ordered a medium ice cream and while the treat itself was absolutely delicious (classic DQ quality!), the wait time was a bit disappointing. It took over 10 minutes to get my order, and there were only two staff members visible — likely focused on the drive-thru. I understand it’s a balancing act, but it felt like the in-store customers were forgotten. Still, the ice cream hit the spot, so 4 stars from me. Just hoping for quicker service next time!

I don’t remember the last time the slush machine actually worked. For the last 3 years every single time there was 1 problem or another 😟

Of all the DQ’s this is my favourite one… the staff is great, the store is clean and the owner is very, very friendly and goes out of her ways to make you happy….

I go to a lot of Dairy Queen‘s and usually I do not review because they are for the most part very consistent. I felt I needed to review this one because it was really substandard. I ordered a blizzard with hot fudge and pecans, which is one of my most common orders. There was so little fudge that it just neutralized the flavor of the ice cream that it didn’t taste vanilla or chocolate. There were so few pecans that I was getting a small little piece of pecan every 3 to 4 bites. Usually there is enough hot fudge to give it flavor and pecans in every bite with many of those pecans being Sizable chunks. I was really disappointed and will not be back to this location.

I love dairy queen but was very disappointed at this location. I ordered a small oreo blizzard last night. Unfortunately I didn’t try it until I got home (was saving it to share with someone) and when I did try it, it tasted awful. Tasted like there was something rotten/a metallic taste. I had someone else try it too to make sure it wasn’t just me, and they said the same thing. I think their ice cream was maybe made with rotten milk?? I’d go back and get a refund but it was closed at that point and I didn’t keep the receipt…I do still have the blizzard in my freezer though, does anyone know if they’d do anything? Won’t be coming back to this location.

Very bad experience, so dirty inside, there clothes are dirty, so if they are like this outside what should be inside, not professional , last time ever

Good value but closes way too early 9pm?

Very disappointed in my experience. I waited 20mins in the drive through for the guy to give me the wrong order and over charge me. I even asked if he charged me correctly and he said yes. The blizzard wasn’t even done properly. With barely anything inside and basically just vanilla ice-cream with no chocolate. However, the lady on the phone was super sweet and let me come in after hours to give me my refund. 26/04/24
