I was there for the UFC. The staff is super cool when you arrive at 10:30 (the bar is supposed to close at 3:00 am). Once you order your drink upon arrival; the staff all migrate onto their separate bar stools and look at their phones. Service is done for the night unless you do a YMCA dance, and even then, they're doing you a favor.

The manager brad was nothing short of awful. Terribly rude, obviously doesn’t know how to manage an establishment properly. Brad was not competent whatsoever, don’t waste your time with this place. However the server Katie was extremely kind and helpful, she deserves 5 stars but brad ruined the overall experience.
Brad was an absolutely nightmare - disrespectfully treating my friends and I, fully incapable of bare minimum level of professionalism. Made fun of my roommate’s clothes which was completely uncalled for. There’re plenty of other golfs sims in montreal. have fun
WARNING: The last time I visited Skratch there were only pool tables! Besides, my comment only concerns the billiards portion:

It is possible not just to play billiards: there are machines and 5 facilities for golf, including one for the putting green. Billiards is also free when you drink for a minimum (+1)
The team really works and offers good service (+1)

Conclusion: Next time, to play pool, we'll go see what's going on at "Johnny bar billiards" located right next door

Hmm, yeah, the staff is nice, and the bar is kind of clean. If you get what you expect, end of sources dive bar. Which isn't a bad thing; it's just a thing that is happening there. Some unsavory types and lots of video gambling machines. Stop by for a quick bev and some pool; that's what you'll get.
