I got wrong item delivered thrice. when ordering spice grill chicken. They give poutine for some reason. Tables are not clean properly. Staff is ok though.

I went there for a small Christmas get together and it was fun, McDonald’s food is always good, only issue in that the printers of self service never work but no one cares at this point, its part of the experience now. Merry Christmas.

If you enjoy missing items in your order with 100% failure rate on every single occasion, you'll absolutely love this place! I'm not sure why they still have a person to take the orders because they won't give you what you asked for anyways. Might as well just pull up to the window and take whatever they want to give you, like a surprise menu. I would've added a photo to my review but for some reason my camera can't seem to capture my missing item.

The cook decided to put the pickles in my triple cheese (face to face) even though it was mentioned that they had to be removed. I was at risk of poisoning due to my pickle intolerance. Likewise for the poutine, I clearly mentioned that I didn't want bacon. The cook decided otherwise.

REALLY disgusted with the way I was treated by a "woman" who works at the drive-thru! Firstly, when I speak French here in Quebec, I don't want to be shouted what what and close the window in my face! I couldn't even place my order because she doesn't speak French!! I had to leave without my food! Where are the other employees I saw before! Terrible service with people who don't even speak French! In addition, she insulted me in her language and she doesn't know that I lived in India for 10 years! I suggest that you check Ms. Jagwat because I will never return to your branch again! Shame!!!

I ask for a cone at the drive-thru. The clerk offers me ice cream in a glass because she says it’s too hot??

Made a mobile order. 1. At pickup, after confirming my presence, the app told me they were experiencing difficulties on their end and that I had to go to the counter. Cashier told me the payment hadn’t gone through… after checking my banking app at home I saw that I was charged twice and then subsequently credited.
2. One of the French fry orders from the bestie bundle was missing. They were supposed to hold the McChicken sauce on the sandwiches - they put it on both. One of the kids wouldn’t eat theirs.
3. The fries were cold and past due. The nuggets were lukewarm. The sandwiches were lukewarm. Ridiculous considering this was 18:00.
The only good thing I have to say about this experience has to do with a fellow customer. She let me know that I could take the balloons on display and give them to my kids.
I don’t eat McDonalds and I don’t feed it to my kids often, but I’ll never buy it from this place again.

I stop everyday after my graveyard shift , this morning at 7:10 I went in and one of your employees comes out and barks at me that I have to use the kiosk , I asked why she said they have no staff , I then asked if it takes cash she said no and barked at me that I'll have to wait , so I left and went next door to Tim

I don’t what it is but they make so many mistakes I had to go back 3 times in one night. 1st time hamburger was wrong was already in the parking lot 2nd time went home Big Mac was wrong got in the car went back came back home the. Opened the Big Mac there was no bottom bun. So please I advise when you go to McDonald’s before leaving always check your stuff. Because there not the brightest people.
