I arrived at the restaurant with my three young children, and it was a bit of a struggle—especially with the -20 degrees weather and my three-year-old daughter having a full-blown tantrum. A very kind gentleman (who seemed to be the manager) immediately stepped in to help, offering her a balloon and then an ice cream cone to comfort her. When the situation escalated and began to disturb other diners, he thoughtfully suggested I move with my daughter to a quieter side of the room. While I was focused on her, I kept checking on my sons, only to find them happily eating and chatting with the manager. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Despite the chaos, they made us feel welcome and well-cared for in such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Thank you!

We came in at 21h21 and ordered two small coffees, one regular, one decaf. It was 21h42 (20 minutes) when I received the decaf coffee. That's crazy. Something isn't working right at this location.

Can't seem to ever get a great coffee at this location. Fast service, but always need to ask for the receipt and i get an attitude, from the employee (an older Asian lady) as she rummages through a pile to find mine .... why not provide us with it like most of the other locations?
