Worst service in the world it says “open 24 hours” but when I went they didn’t even answer

not worth it when you order a double big Mac and receive a regular big Mac in a double big Mac box three consecutive times in a row. Can't even make an egg Mc muffin correctly they always forget to put ham. I recommend to always unwrap everything before leaving this particular restaurant

J'y vais souvent, le service est assez long pour un fast food peut-être à cause du manque de personnel ou le service au volant est priorisé. Comme dans tous les McDonald's je recommande de vérifier la commande avant de quitter car souvent il manque un item. Sinon l'endroit est ok, la salle et les toilettes sont toujours propres quand j'y vais.

Service has completely gone down. I expect some mistakes here and there knowing it is a fast food joint and that it gets so busy. Everytime I had ordered through their app and did pick up, there was a mistake or an item missing. Through uber, a mistake but atleast we can redeem money back for missing items or wrong item. Everytime I go to drive through, there is a mistake. We go to McDonald’s once out of a blue moon for our kids and they always mess up the order. I do drive through when I am alone with the kids, they make us wait at designated number parking area and we leave, get home and the order is wrong. My kids would get a spicy poutine, Have missing items, or something spicy that my kids can’t eat. We always need to go back, unload my kids, drag them inside with me to get our order fixed. Many times I just didn’t bother anymore. But it is now becoming EVERY SINGLE damn time we go! That is not okay! -5 stars for service.

Ordered a double Big Mac and came home hoping to enjoy it, but discovered what may be the McArch instead. Not my type of burger and of course there’s no one there to answer the phone with my complaint. My word of advice is to ask the person handing you the food to look in the bag and make sure it’s exactly what you ordered.

This is like the 5th time they've gotten my order wrong in 5 deliveries... terribly staffed place. Fire every single one of them. Please :D. I payed extra for the double quarter pounder PAPI no cheese and got a regular quarter pounder WITH CHEESE!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
