This place consistently forgets items in the order. Milkshakes, mcflurries, poutine have all been completely forgotten. I ordered a spicy mcChicken once and got a double cheeseburger instead. Once, I got a half melted mcflurry that was 1/4 toppings.

We go to this McDonald's a lot, so our opinions are mixed based on what we've seen. It's a big McDonald's with lots of room to sit and eat, and they even have a play area for kids aged 3 to 12. The spaciousness is great because you can hang out with friends without feeling crowded. Sometimes it's clean, but other times you might see trash lying around. This McDonald's location is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It has terrible service, both at the drive through and inside the restaurant. I was charged and given the wrong order on two separate occasions. Today I ordered 2 of their iconic McRib sandwiches and was given the McCrispy chicken sandwich instead in the wrong box. When I came home I opened the box only to find McCrispy sandwichs much to my disappointment as the McRib is a limited time menu item. The service times inside the restaurant are terrible as it takes anywhere between 15-20 minutes to get your order and often even longer. The staff are not adequately trained, poorly coordinated and often short staffed for the service volumes at this location. I would recommend the boulevard St.Jean McDonald's instead, if you want to ensure you get prompt service with the correct order, which is only a short drive away. As a life long fan of the McRib I was heartbroken and feel misead and tricked by not being given the McRib and instead being given the McCrispy Chicken Sandwich today. I would like to have a follow up from a McDonald's representative regarding this tragic and horrendous incident.

Every time I come here Im disappointed in some way. Not only by the constant lack of certain menu items, but general quality to price of food. For the exact same price payed here for a trio, I could have a sit down meal at a diner. Review shouldn't be surprising. No matter where you go, they always seem to disappoint.
