Came in person , ordered 4peac of red meat , received white meat. It was fast ,but after repeating what I exactly I want I was surprised at home it was all white meat and it was very dry hard to r 😞 and when I called to complain I was told to come back to the store I was far from them. Very very disappointed 😞☹️.

First time ordering from PFK sources , fast service , great onion rings better than harveys , but their famous chicken sandwich i was dissapointed i didnt find it to spicy not enough mayo , and wasnt to crispy , the chicken taste good , wasnt hard like rubber atleast i will still order , just they forgot to put utensils ,

I have eaten many different chicken burgers and for some reason their zinger was like eating a piece of rubber. It was that tough. I was very bewildered and asked a chef about it and he said it is normal because those sandwiches go straight from freezer. I appreciate his honesty but if I knew that in advance I would have just gone to maxi and bought frozen chicken burgers. The prices of fast food have gone up and we expect that at least the quality is good but price go up quality go down. From now on I will only stick to kebab shops because at least you don't get frozen chicken because they grill fresh chicken. KFC used to be my favorite fast food in Montreal but that burger ruined KFC for me. I was told that the famous chicken burger is fresh. If I ever go back ever it will only be that one I have. The fries were okay though.
