Their pizza is pretty terrible and always has been, unless you change it a little and it's "okay", not great, but okay.
So I rarely order pizza, and today was no different. What was different was that his machine didn't want to do the transaction, I even inserted the card and checked that there was indeed money in the account.
I asked the delivery guy several times to come inside in English because he didn't seem to understand French and it's like -15 outside and my door has been open for like 5-10 minutes. He never even responds like he understands, a simple no thank you? No?
I ask him several times what do we do? (Always in English) He doesn't answer me. I say, I can pay by interact transfer online, just give me an email or phone number. No response. At some point, I don't heat the outside, you don't answer me... I give him his food again and I close the door.
The restaurant calls me, speaks in English, tells me that my card doesn't work, which is not true. Asks me to pay by phone I think but I didn't understand everything, I ask him to repeat. He then asks me if I can speak in French and I answer, I prefer not, we are in Quebec here, I have the right to be served in French. He immediately hung up.
That's crazy for the French-speaking customer and French in short. Years ago when I ordered regularly, this PizzaPizza was not able to speak French in time, probably more than 5 years later and it's still the same thing. If you haven't learned French yet, it's because you don't care as a citizen of Quebec but also as a company.
You will see a nice generic response from PizzaPizza which proves once again that they don't give a damn about French and you!

Sad amount of cheese, see photo. I ordered 4 pizzas and the other 3 were only marginally better. Driver was unable to complete the delivery and I had to walk around and find him. Pizza was cold, but I suppose it's because I had to walk outside in the cold with my delivery pizza.

I went to order take-out this evening, there were customers and suddenly there was a woman who came in to order, she wanted to pass in front of a customer who was already there. The cashier, a young girl who welcomed me with a big smile and was very kind, politely told her, Madam, there is a gentleman in front of you. This very unpleasant woman started talking to him disrespectfully and verbally abusive And also raising her voice constantly with a bad attitude. She doesn't stop and asks to speak to the manager. Normally the manager in such a situation takes his employee off the floor, since it was a situation that required this measure to try to calm this customer. he wasn't up to it. He didn't know how to handle the situation and this woman was intimidating and violent. The cashier is a young girl who could be his daughter. Sometimes in situations like this you have to protect employees, it can even traumatize them. There was no reason for this woman to react the way she did, it was over the top and she was asking for trouble. It saddened me that the young girl had to be exposed to this situation because the manager is not competent to be at the head of this business. Personally I will not come back to this place again.

He doesn't respect the 40 min policy the delivery man came after 2 mins after I told him he told me no it's an hour I try to show him the email which says 40 mins he acts as if he doesn't see he tells me you will call customer service (very arrogant) then he tells me I have been here for 3 minutes it is written by the time I go down the stairs yes 3 minutes to go down 4 stairs of course not honest I order often there it will be the last times !

Everything is meh. The foodm the service. And.. what atmosphere ? I guess there's none when most people takeout. But staff look fed up. Food isnt that good. A bit pricey. Took forever to get the food. They do have different option of toping available.

Horrible service. There’s usually kind workers but specifically the asian worker is very rude and disrespectful . I tried ordering new something from the menu and gave me something completely different and did not bother giving me a refund or fix my order. Not only that, he threw the extra coin change on the counter.
