I went out of my way to eat there but when I walked in, all 4 of them were too busy chatting to greet me. Then I noticed that the condiment/drink counter was very dirty. I left. Another franchisee told me that they have a bad reputation. Not surprised.

This lafleur location used to be one of the best authentic poutines in town. The fries are no longer dark like they used to be and the cheese is melting everywhere, fake cheese curds. I am very disappointed that the recipe changed. Don’t get poutine here, only disappointment will come, especially if you used to go here 5-10 years ago. We can’t even finish it because it just tastes like some sort of mozzarella fries, sadly I think the rest of it will have to go in the garbage. I would like to specify I am only speaking for this location on 9534 Gouin blvd, I have not tried the other ones recently.

Disappointing. The cabbage hot dogs whose sausages seem to be from the day before, the grayish coleslaw and the greasy fries. However, a few months ago everything was fresh and good. However the service is good.

Showed up about 30-45 mins before closing and they were out of a lot of stuff. They were definitely cleaning up early and were turning away people. The girl was really apologetic to everyone, but the guy kept whispering to her to keep quiet and just "shoo" them away. Got a standard poutine and it was very low quality. They also didn't have any hot dogs ready.
