Ordered a poutine, a few hotdogs, pogos and fries. Everything was good, except the pogos. I don't know what they did, but they looked exploded and overcooked to the point of being hard. Absolutely inedible...

When you go to order and they don't speak French or English or understand you how do they get jobs? Had to leave and go to the other Lafleur further away because just trying to order they couldn't speak a lick of either.

I went out of my way to eat there but when I walked in, all 4 of them were too busy chatting to greet me. Then I noticed that the condiment/drink counter was very dirty. I left. Another franchisee told me that they have a bad reputation. Not surprised.

This lafleur location used to be one of the best authentic poutines in town. The fries are no longer dark like they used to be and the cheese is melting everywhere, fake cheese curds. I am very disappointed that the recipe changed. Don’t get poutine here, only disappointment will come, especially if you used to go here 5-10 years ago. We can’t even finish it because it just tastes like some sort of mozzarella fries, sadly I think the rest of it will have to go in the garbage. I would like to specify I am only speaking for this location on 9534 Gouin blvd, I have not tried the other ones recently.

Disappointing. The cabbage hot dogs whose sausages seem to be from the day before, the grayish coleslaw and the greasy fries. However, a few months ago everything was fresh and good. However the service is good.
