TERRIBLE PLACE. Scammers. took over two hours and ended up not making my order but charged me for it anyway. And when I contacted them they did not do anything to correct the situation. No costumer service. Choose any other sushi place.

Unreliable.
Ordered online. Took more than 1h30 min and the order was still not being prepared. When called they told us to cancel the order because the were not going to be able to prepare the ordre for a long time. They still charged us despite semding no food and them telling us to cancel the order. I will avoid ordering from the m going forward.

I never write reviews but I feel strongly to write about this place. Horrendous service. Ordered via uber. Took more than 2 hours without our order having even started to be prepared. We called them and they said they didn't start the order and that it would still be long before starting; they told us to cancel the order. Our mistake was cancelling the order on our end. They actually charged us for the platter which was never started and never even delivered !!!!! There are so many sushi places out there. Avoid this one. At all cost.

The food is excellent but I've eaten in the restaurant and ordered many times. In the restaurant, service is extremely slow. Sushi isn't that complicated to make and they just seem to take their sweet time. I tried to order through skip today and the restaurant was unavailable. They were not able to reach them to place the order and I was not able to reach them to ask about the status of the order. Skip canceled my order because they were unable to reach the restaurant. For mid-afternoon on a Monday this restaurant should be open so I would question the freshness of their ingredients and reconsider other places before ordering from this location. It is Tiny and not well located and I certainly wouldn't want to get sick on sushi so reconsider placing an order here.

I have NEVER left a bad review for a restaurant until today! The service was absolutely terrible. My cousin had made an order for some sushi and the employee had told us to come in 15 min. We had come after 20 min to give the guy some extra time yet he wasn’t ready and had made us wait in the restaurant for OVER AN HOUR even though the place wasn’t busy at all! The only reason why we stayed was since we had guests waiting at home for a conference. We had kindly asked him what was taking so long and he kept saying it’s an extremely tough job to make sushi. We ended up leaving without sushi as he kept demanding for more time and since our guests were waiting for food.

We ordered at 9:15pm, gentlemen said 30min to prepare the sushi. We go there 35 min after and the sushi wasn’t ready. When we asked how much longer, the owner said maybe 10-15 longer. So after waiting another 15min, 1hr from ordered time. When we asked the owner, who refused to give his name, said “don’t pressure me and if you don’t like it then cancel the order”. Where is the pressure, you took 1.5hr instead of the 0.5hr you said… Sushi Sama you should watch your franchisees.

I cannot understand the 4.5 stars for this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
My boyfriend and I got food poisoning, I walked in two days later with my receipt and explain how awful it was and brought the food barely touched too because even eating it in the moment was revolting. I had instant acid reflux, the batter was old and it was mostly rice.

The cashier said I had to bring a doctors note and I was a terrible customer. I took pics of the restaurant and how it looks like in back. The place was filthy, grease, dirty dishes and boxes everywhere, and a tail of what looked like a rat.

Please trust me and never order from here.

Asked the guy for some advice on what to order as a plate to take away since I don't know my sushis. Worst mistake. I ordered the 16 pcs plater only to have him hand me the 12 pcs plater after a 15 minute wait. Wasn't in the mood to argue with him so here I am in the reviews instead.
