The worst Thai express in the West Island. If you want a guarantee that you’ll have flavourless over cooked food, go here. The joke is that there’s so many reviews saying the same thing and they never do anything about it. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering through door dash forgetting they go to this useless location.

Go to the Thai express on Saint Charles you won’t regret that one I promise.

I ordered General Thai in a bowl and I saw that he took old rice that was laying there, the grain was small, hard and dry like it's old rice. I didn't say anything.

The chicken is very dry too and the free eggroll or whatever it is he gave me tasted real bad, it went straight in the garbage.

This experience reminded me why I dont go there anymore. In fact I don't go any Thai Express, I'm always disapointed since covid.

They inflate the prices and lower the quality. Great profit!

Every other time I've been has been phenomenal! This time I ordered "Sac Épicée avec frite" to go, sat and waited. Was handed my to-go box, didn't check it. Get home and I have no idea what they gave me. Nothing close to what I ordered, something with noodles and sauce and no Popbok. Very disappointed, had bean sprouts in it, which I'm allergic too. Couldn't eat it.

I love Thai Express, it's my favorite restaurant. The food is gluten free and tastes really delicious. The TVs haven't worked for a long time and there's no music, but it's still nice. Nice little place!

I hesitated to come because of the 3.5 rating. But after checking the scores for the last few months, I decided to give it a try. Super Pad See! I asked him for more vegetables and he gave me a big bowl without charging me anything extra. Also on Monday they give you a free drink and spring rolls. The attention was very good, as was the service.
