We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and clarified with the cashier if thats all there is inside. She said yes. We get our order and there’s bacon inside. We asked them to make another one. They just simply removed the bacon from the original. At first we were going to eat it but then we see some bacon underneath the sandwich. We tried to ignore it and not cause any problems and took 1 bit and it was so salty. I had my daughter go up and try to return it. I was like let’s just get our money back bc we don’t trust them making the sandwich. While my daughter explained to the lady 3 times why we were returning it the worker proceeded to get the manager & speak in their language not thinking my daughter would understand. Calling her a “Karin” she came to get me saying they were giving her trouble to return the sandwich. I got up & was wondering what is the problem. The manager starts speaking so loud saying why are you returning it? I can make a new one. I told her why and that we weren’t comfortable eating the sandwich any more. She went to the cash and told the next guy is line rudely to move and go to the other cash bc she needs to make a return. He was not happy with her tone, and was telling her…She is very deceiving. She even gave us a compliment when we walked in. Her tone changed drastically when something wasn’t to her liking.

Absolutely ridiculous this Tim Horton, I went through the drive thru and there were about 2 cars behind me. The person at the intercom wanted me to hurry up and place my order (I had barely said a few words, I had just moved my car closer to the intercom). Arriving at the window, I wanted to take my change from my bag and the lady was shouting from the window that I was taking too long and that I had to be ready from the start, telling me that she was on a timer. ...It deserves a zero for their customer service. She stressed me out so much that I forgot to change my clothes. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from this same employee.
