Absolutely ridiculous this Tim Horton, I went through the drive thru and there were about 2 cars behind me. The person at the intercom wanted me to hurry up and place my order (I had barely said a few words, I had just moved my car closer to the intercom). Arriving at the window, I wanted to take my change from my bag and the lady was shouting from the window that I was taking too long and that I had to be ready from the start, telling me that she was on a timer. ...It deserves a zero for their customer service. She stressed me out so much that I forgot to change my clothes. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from this same employee.

This morning, I was served by an employee who was very rude. She lacked patience and showed no empathy. When I asked her who the manager was, she said it was her. I didn't understand the difference between breakfast bread and an English muffin, and she got exasperated when I asked her to explain. I didn't appreciate her speaking to me in a high tone. As a customer, I deserve to be served with courtesy. If she is not happy with her job, she should consider changing jobs.

Tonight going through drive thorough, as a normal customer ordering, they had trouble understanding what I was trying to order. I had to repeat myself at least 3 times thinking maybe there is something wrong with their mike. They ask me to pull up at the window… I try to repeat myself order again and again for some reason it’s taking 3 people just to get my order and answer a simple question if they have something on the menu… it’s important for staff to understand both English and French to serve their customers correctly …

I ordered a chicken habanero bowl and my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and then 3 minutes later, they give me and my friend a wrap, which we didn't order, I check the receipt and they decided to add "tortilla" in it. We tell them the order is wrong and a red haired old Karen starts yelling at us for no reason.

I ordered a chicken parmezan pizza, and this garbage is what got! They didn't even bother spreading materials on the bread! And when I complained about it, they said it is what it is!
So this is what it it is from my view, zero star is what you deserve today.
