The cleanest and the staff in the night is so nice , goes the extra mile for the client , Norma the manager will make sure you get exactly what you ask for and does it with a smile even tho she prob worked a full night actually the whole staff is just so nice , I hope Santa brings them a big surprise

Thanks for hiring Canadian kids! I gave up on Tim Hortons after decades of being a loyal due to poor experiences, but it was lovely to finally see again a clean location with friendly staff and be able to get my order right. Kudos to the team!

Place is slow all the time doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they refuse to open another cash to help with the line inside, they take your order and then don’t make until 5 min after it’s placed, this Tim’s was probably the best one that I’ve been coming to but recently it’s not been great and they’re about to lose me a customer

Honestly so much going wrong at this place. 1.They never have any of the good stuff-like you ask at the screen they’re like yes we have it and then at the window-sorry we don’t have that here-and when they do it’s stale and rock hard-I literally chipped my damn tooth. 2. Even if you triple check at the window-they always mess up your order. They never add sugar to any of the drinks and it’s always bitter and cold. 3. The food is always stale.
Overall one of the worst Tim’s experiences every. Like I’ve given this Tim’s several chances but it just continues to disappoint.

They always forget the order details and give wrong order or wrong size and One day I argue with them they asked me to dont come here. This is not good way to pretend with customer and same day my friend got chai latte with chai tea bag and funny thing was that they forget to put milk inside 😂😂😂
