expensive and not good.I chose the brown sugar milk tea. It was disappointing because it tasted like drinking skim milk and the size of the large size bottle is the size of a small in other shops. not worth the price of 12$

I wouldn't call putting cold milk into a drink a latte. Drink is like warm. Service is terrible. The worker didn't even bother with verbal communication but pointing.

Drinks are delicious, but a large will set you back close to $12 with a topping so keep in mind you can get two drinks for the price of one here at a different shop. The drinks are made with fresh fruit which commands the high price, I assume. What sucks is the service. The staff don't even put their phone down to serve you. Sometimes I've stood at the counter for five minutes and not been served, not even made eye contact with. As well, twice now I've been unable to get an advertised daily special, not close to closing time. They should be prepared for things they advertise and it's disappointing that no apologies are given or compromises such as a different drink for the discounted rate if the one meant to be available isn't. With so many places to get bubble tea, I don't see a point to bother here. The tea is great but for the price it would be nice to be served with a smile or a fraction of customer service. | |

Inside new C&T grocery. Very good quality bubble tea. So many choices of flavors and good service. Worth the detour.

I’m an Uber driver and I waited over an hour at the Victoria BC location for drinks. Asian guy at the front tried to lie to Uber and say the order was ready for an hour. Unbelievably unprofessional

I didn’t ask much, all I asked was a Brown sugar pearl tea with 2 ice cubes, they’ve informed ICE is standard after giving me with a huge bulk of ice, well it tasted nice at first couple of sips, then after that it tasted like ice only, however I went the next day also asking the same and told them I need only 2 ice cubes then again they said it’s standard, I said no thanks, I went to the bubble tea spot which is next to this & informed them I need 2 ice cubes only & they gave it as I requested & it tasted good till the last drop, so all I’m saying is just be abit flexible rather standing in to your own standards, too much of ice kills the taste of the tea..
